Where do I start?
You will need to use a variety of resources to complete this assessment task. This includes:
Print resources have already had their credentials checked when they go through the editing process, so the information is all ready to be used. This makes them a useful tool in the search for information, as you can use these resources without wondering if the information is actually correct! CHS Library staff have curated (brought together) some print resources for you which are held at the Library Desk. Your teacher may send/bring you over to use them in class time, or you are free to use them in your study periods. Navigate your way to the CATALOGUE and search for Reading List 'Health Practices' for a list of the print resources we hold. Please ask if you are unsure where these books are located - Library Staff are here to help.
Digital resources need assessment, depending on their source, before you can use them. We have included some great sites below, plus some information on how you can assess your sites well in order to be able to use them safely.
