Welcome to your Innovators and Inventions page.

The databases and websites below are ones that will be most helpful for your research.
Use a simple keyword or subject search to find your information and remember to check your
sites to make sure they include quality information. Check them against the CRAP test if you aren't sure.

A good way to find great sites is to use a clustering search engine such as Carrot2. You will still need to think carefully about the sites you use.

A good way to find inventors. inventions and innovators is to type one of these keywords into a Carrot2 search, then click on Foam Trees in the top left corner of the screen.

You will see a picture of your search that looks a bit like this ...it should give you a good idea where to start looking for specific people/things.
