For a quick easy banner for your classroom or display, there are several free banner making programmes. This one (Rand's banner maker) is particularly easy and takes only a few second to create the banner you need. Limited colours and fonts but if you're not fussy, give it a go. This is the programme I use the most for large block posters. The image has to be of reasonable quality to translate well when blown up. What I like about this programme is that you can easily choose landscape or portrait and how many pages you'd like it spread over. Simply done in a matter of seconds once you've chosen your image. Print it, slice it, stick it together and it looks pretty cool.:)
